How do I care for my clothing items?
Turn inside out.
Machine wash gentle on cold with like colors.
Do not bleach. Do not use cleaning chemicals (i.e.Shout, OxiClean, etc.)
Lay flat to dry. Low iron inside out as needed.
Do not iron design.

How do I care for Tutus?
Spot clean only.

When will my order ship?
The current lead time is 2 weeks plus shipping times.
It is highly recommended to leave a note on the date the items needed.
The need date does not supersede the current lead time, but assists in the rare instances when delays occur.
Though delays are rare, they can happen. I'm only human.
Please order with enough time to allow delivery by your need date.

Can I have my order rushed?
Rush orders are unavailable.

Though I enjoy making items for your special life moments, I love my family time.
Please check processing times prior to purchase.
Please note that requests to rush after purchase will also not be accepted.
Items will ship by the due date or can be cancelled if the item/items have not been started.

May I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled if the order has not been started or a proof has not been sent. If the items have already been made, the order may not be canceled, and a refund will not be issued.

Will my item look like the photos?
There are multiple options in the drop downs. Depending on what is selected will determine on what you receive. Please select the option that includes everything you wish to purchase.

All items are made like the stock photos in the listing unless you specify otherwise in the notes to seller box during checkout. All newborn hats are embroidered with the name unless otherwise requested. Occasionally fabrics, ribbons, bows, shirt brands etc. are out of stock or discontinued and Mickie & Mum reserves the right to substitute as necessary.
